Terms of Service

These terms apply to the games published by Oshtur Games, a brand of Oshtur(“we”, “us”), on the App Store and Google Play. By downloading or playing one of our games you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Oshtur is not a registered company yet; it is run by Bilal Demir, who publishes the games in the app stores.

Using our games

  • We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play our games for your own entertainment.
  • The games are free to play and supported by ads. There is no account to create.
  • Don't copy, modify, sell or redistribute the games, reverse engineer them, or use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with how they work or how ads are shown.

Ads

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We don't control the content of individual ads, and links in ads take you to third-party services with their own terms. How ad data is handled is explained in each game's privacy policy.

Ownership

The games, including their code, art, music, names and logos, belong to Oshtur or its licensors. Third-party components are listed on our licenses page.

Your progress

Progress and settings are stored on your device and, if you use Google Play Games or iCloud, a copy of your progress is kept in that account. We don't keep a copy ourselves, so we can't restore lost progress for you.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering a game, or parts of it, at any time. We may also update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept the changes.

No warranty

The games are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them fun and reliable, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the games.

App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded a game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; Apple is not responsible for the game or its support. Google Play downloads are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
